THE MAIN HOUSE
Originally built in 1915, this home has been modernized through the years but has never lost it’s charm. The living room is the stunning centerpiece, with dramatic beamed ceilings, built in bookcases and a spectacular oversized fireplace. The country kitchen features a wall of windows overlooking the old growth forest. Plenty of space for large gatherings, particularly when they spill out onto the 1092 square foot ipe wood deck.
Other features include a generous master suite with sitting area, guest bedroom and fun bunk room. Three bedrooms, three baths, electric forced air furnace + heat pump and a large utility/mud room.

THE GUEST COTTAGE
Spacious one room suite feels like a hotel and enjoys beautiful views of the water. Guests can linger in bed and watch the sunrise or take their breakfast outside onto the 400 square foot deck. Vaulted wood ceilings throughout plus a kitchenette, sitting area and large 3/4 bath with dual sinks. Extensively updated in 2000. Paved path connecting this home to the Main House and the Caretaker’s House at the other end of the property.

THE BOAT HOUSE
Very little separates you from the water here – particularly when the roll up door is open! Overhauled in 2000, this is definitely not your average boat house. Guests will enjoy a full kitchen, 3/4 bath and large upstairs sleeping loft. Many of the estate’s outdoor activities are centered around this space. From here, you can launch your kayak, go fishing or get competitive on the full size sport court. Large 832 square foot wraparound deck with a covered eating area and hot tub – all at the water’s edge.

At the opposite end of the property from the main house, and currently occupied by the full time caretaker. Originally built in 1934. Four bedrooms, two baths with a 1092 square foot deck overlooking the water.
